One of my partners is looking for an experienced Vice President of Commercial Investment in Indonesia.
About the work:
- The project is located in a favorable geographical position, about 30 km from Jakarta, convenient transportation.
- At present, Indonesia project daily marketing 10,000 suites, each suite with a minimum of $30k calculation, credit of $300 mil per day, $9 bil per month. The company expects sales of 50 billion US dollars by the end of the year.
- At present, the company has set up 10 sales outlets in Indonesia, each sales outlet is 10,000 square meter, with more than 20 thousand marketing staff, Almost all of Indonesia’s sales staff have been high wages poached.
- The company expects the Indonesian project to start more than 100 million cubic meters at the same time, therefore there is a huge lack of talent in various functional departments.
Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with industry dynamics, activities, requirements, and players;
- Possesses the ability to illustrate the value-chain, cluster, and ecosystem to create products and services;
- Possesses the ability to share a vision on how industries can influence future new industry city development;
- Industry experience, economic development, and preferably worked in the respective industries;
- Possesses the ability to engage C-level executives and work with industry/trade organizations;
- Possesses the ability to conduct industry and market studies;
- Possesses the ability to develop business solutions and services as differentiators.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 15 – 20 years of domestic and foreign large – scale commercial investment experience;
- Has a wealth of international brand business investment resources and experience, management projects not less than 30, involving a rich format, large volume;
- More than 5 years of management experience, served as vice president of the group position or vice president of the core area of the post, with more than 3 years of business investment leader work experience.
- Meticulous, entrepreneurial, analytical, resourceful, passionate and highly-driven to succeed. Understands full spectrum of investment promotion and its mechanisms.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills to deal with different cultures, departments, countries and complex situations.
